Pisces Sushi and Global Bistro is a modern casual fine dining restaurant that features global cuisine and global inspired sushi rolls. The expansive menu features a selection of appetizers, salads and soups in addition to beef, poultry and seafood entrees.

Chef James Keene takes familiar sushi roll ingredients and ingredients found in international dishes to create his exotic and delicious rolls.

The Aztec Sushi Roll includes traditional ingredients like Shrimp Tempura, Cream Cheese, Avocado and Seared Tuna mixed with the Aztec influence of Black Bean and Corn Salsa, Chimichurri Sauce and Plantain Chips. The Aphrodite Roll includes Steamed Shrimp, Black Tobiko, Scallions, Avocado and Salmon with the Greek influence of Tzatziki Sauce, Feta and Sundried Tomato.

Some of our «First Flavors», mouthwatering International inspired Tapas style appetizers, include Tuna Guacamole, Duck Eggrolls and Pulled Pork Empanadas. Our Kitchen offers our world inspired dishes such as Italian Gnocchi, Spanish Churrasco, Tandoori Chicken and other global inspired creations.

We continue our world tour with our «Finishing Touches» –Tiramisu «Straight Up», Crème Brûlée Flight and Mochi Ice Cream.

We also offer a delicious «Just for Kids» menu for kids under 12.

From our main seating dining room you will be able to enjoy our beautifully lit sushi bar. We also offer a semi-​private dining area for large parties.

Chef James has returned to the Clearwater/​Tampa Bay area to share his culinary delights with the opening of Pisces Sushi and Global Bistro.

Many of us remember Chef James from his years at Island Way Grill and, most recently, SPY Global Cuisine. In fact, Chef James brings 25 years of culinary experience with some of the finest restaurants in the Southeast. Chef James attended Sullivan Culinary School in Louisville, KY and began his training under Chef Peng Looi as the Sous Chef at Asiatique in Louisville.

Due to his technical precision and artistry James has participated as Sous Chef for Peng Looi at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival for the last five years.

Most recently, he was executive chef for SPY Global Cuisine and Lounge in St. Augustine, FL, but he missed our Gulf shores and has returned to Clearwater to fulfill his and his wife’s dream.
