Perhaps a decent company in regard to their work, but VERY poor customer service skills on the phone. I witnessed a phone conversation between a friend and an employee (perhaps even «Mike» himself) in which my friend was calling to make the business aware of reckless driving by a vehicle bearing the company’s logo, only to be yelled at, belittled, and insulted by homophobic slurs like, «Did your faggot boyfriend buy you a new phone for Valentine’s Day and you’re dying to use it?!?» Such a poor example of customer service when all that was intended was to make the business aware of how carelessly their brand was being represented in public.

Mike is fast and reliable. He’ll recommend things that you need (deadbolts, etc) to change without being a sales guy or pushy. I use a locksmith frequently and Mike is the guy.
