John Fritsche met with me yesterday and reviewed the past two year’s tax returns for my family’s estate entities and my joint personal returns. He was thoughtful, communicative, and asked the right kinds of questions to be able to understand and assume the tax preparation for 5 or 6 returns. His approach is ethical and defensible, so without fear of challenge by the IRS, we are comfortable that we are not leaving money on the table in terms of allowable applications of the tax code. Without bashing the previous preparer, Mr. Fritsche pointed out some inconsitencies and things that might make more sense if treated differently. We feel very good about moving to his firm.
