I agree with previous comments, lunchtime visit, stood in line for 10 minutes behind someone whose order was messed up and had to be redone. And my lunch companion was charged for 2 small fries when he only ordered one.

They still suck at service… Thought I would wait til later in the day but they still Cannot get it together!

A complete nightmare– this place is extremely poorly managed. Kids are outside talking to each other. The person taking the order was rude. Plus I order 1 Qtr Pounder and Large fries– she charged me for 2 Qtr Pounders and L fries. They told me to pull up as they didn’t have either of the items ready. I waited and when the girl finally came outside– she had no idea what I ordered –Brought me chicken mcnuggets and small fries. I had to go back in line again through the drive through and wait at the window this time for my order. A bunch of kids playing instead of working– plus the first wrong order (the wrong order) the fries were mostly out of the pkg all over the bag. (very sad!!) $ 10.00 for complete aggravation and stress!!! Will never go back to this place! The entire process took 45 minutes.(I was just trying to be nice and do my husband a favor… This was for him) I don’t eat fastfood and now I have a better reason not too!
