Artistic Wonders Of Massage

I had a similar experience as the previous guest.
I purchased 3 Crowdsavings vouchers for this particular business. One for myself and one for each of my parents.
My mom was the first to try and use the vouchers. She contacted the business and made an appointment a month out because they were fully booked. On the day of the appointment, she arrived 15 minutes early. No one was in the office. She called and the man told her she made a mistake and didn’t have an appointment. Infuriated for wasting her time, my mom demanded her money back (not understanding how the vouchers work). The man then offered to make a 2^nd appointment for a week later.
Again, my mom shows up to no avail. This time, her calls were not answered.
After this, I tried to make an appointment with the man. When I called, he told me he was driving and would call me back. Never did.
I had a friend try to contact him too. His call went to voicemail.

I had a very unfortunate incident with my dealfind voucher and wanted to make you aware of the situation. I had a 11am appointment for my massage with The Artistic Wonders of Massage. I called at 11:10am and left him a message to let him know I was inside the complex but was having trouble finding his specific location. I did not receive a return call. After trying several different doors and talking with other people in the complex I found his place but he was not anywhere around. I did arrive at his location at 1115am and remained there waiting on him till 1200noon. Finally as I was leaving he came driving up and said he assumed that since I wasn’t there, I would not want a massage for just 45 minutes. He said HIS time was valuable and that since I was late, he left to do other things. I told him I was perfectly willing to have a 45 minute massage, but by then the entire hour was gone. He did not apologize.
I was infuriated that he did not return my call and the message that I left. He had his cell phone in his hand when I saw him.
I don’t understand how someone could run a business like this.
