Park Ophthalmology is a full service eye care center dedicated to serving the needs of your entire family. Our board certified physicians provide a wide variety of medical and surgical treatments of eye diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts, corneal disease, dry eye syndrome and diabetic eye disease. We perform general vision exams, specialty dry eye evaluations, contact lens evaluation and fitting, eye safety information, and sports medicine protective eyewear and counseling. Surgical procedures include small incision cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, refractive surgery, laser surgery, and corneal surgery. Dr. Friedland was recently recognized by Triangle Business Leader as a leading businesswoman in our area. She is also active in research & teaching at UNC Chapel Hill and in the ophthalmology industry.
