_______________ Updated Review So a couple of years have passed. In fact, they actually closed this location. They originally said it was closed for good, but later they decided to remodel it and reopen it. Sadly, they didn’t improve customer service. Today I ordered the two SEC Croissan’Wiches I wanted for breakfast, got home, noticed there was no sausage, and realized that, even though they recorded the order correctly, they delivered the wrong product. I grabbed my receipt to call about my order, and low and behold, the number on the receipt is wrong. To complicate it further, this location isn’t even listed on the Burger King website. What a great idea! Give crappy service, then make it impossible to complain about it by not having your location on the website AND failing to provide an accurate phone number! Bet they think they’re doing a great job… they’ve heard no complaints! _______________ Original Review I used to love BK’s sausage, egg, and cheese Croissan’Wiches, so when McD’s was über crowded this morning and I was hankering for a breakfast sandwich, I decided to give Burger King a try again. Big Mistake! I waited in the drive-thru line for nearly ten minutes after I placed my order. Upon finally getting my food, I rushed home – about two minutes – and opened my order. The Croissan’Wiches were cold. Not cold as in room temperature, which would have been inexplicable given the short ride, but cold as in refrigerator cold. There were warm spots, but the inside of the sandwiches were cold. Luckily, my receipt had a survey… and far be it from me to avoid giving my opinion. And I don’t think I’ll be hankering for Croissan’Wiches any time soon.

NOT fast food. One week I had lunch there and while there were only 5 people in the entire restaurant, it took them 10 minutes to get my order to me(I was first in line). Went back last week with my daughter through the drive through and we had to wait just over 15 minutes to get our food after ordering. By the time our food came to us some it was warm while the french fries were just plain cooled. I don’t understand what the problem with this location is. I’ve spoken to friends about it and they all tell me they’ve had similar slow service and simply don’t go back. Went to the very busy Chikfila down the road and waited 5 minutes start to finish for my food.

Its fast food. You get what you pay for. Nothing wrong with the place but nothing great about the place either.

«Fast food in the 21st century» Wow, Burger King sure has come a long way since I was a kid, as I guess so have all fast food chains. But really, in addition to their periodic specialty burgers(like the yummy A1 Steakhouse XT sandwich with crispy onions), this place has veggie burgers(and really good ones, not the weird carrot-tasting ones), 4 kinds of chicken sandwiches, 3 kinds of salads, onion rings, «funnel cake sticks», etc. Kids’ meals can come with either fries or «apple fries»(basically slices of apple shaped like fries) along with a small packet of a caramel dip. To drink, at least at this location, you can get sparkling water, or maybe mix it with a little lemonade(you serve yourself from many options). Yes, I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a «healthy» restaurant, but one who comes here can choose products that are as healthy as they could want. This location has always impressed me in particular(nestled in the parking lot of Ashley Furniture) — the service is really quite good. They bring the food out to you at your table. If you express any concern about your sandwich, they offer to add to it or fix it. They keep the facilities very clean(even though the customers don’t always cooperate). No playground at this location, though. But they do offer a discount to Duke University employees…
