D & L Parts Company Inc

First of all, they were closed the day after Christmas and this was not mentioned on their website or their voicemail. I trekked all the way to the store and there was a handwritten note on the door that said «closed for the holidays» with no information on when they would reopen. I called the next business day and asked if they had the washing machine part I needed in stock and they said they had one. I went straight there and they had it sitting on the counter ready for me. The store smelled like cigarette smoke. I asked their return policy and they said «you can’t return it once it’s installed.» Well it turns out the part didn’t fix my problem and I wasted $ 60 on the part. Many online appliance stores are cheaper and will take back any part no questions asked. I wish I had gone that route instead.

D&L Parts is the best. The staff are friendly and helpful. No one treats you like an idiot for not being a professional service technician. Best of all they sell to the general public and have great prices. I would, and do recommend them to anyone who needs a part for any home appliance.
