The vision of Ego Barber Lounge was birthed out of the desire to offer gentleman a haven where they can relax and experience first class services in an atmosphere that is both manly and therapeutic.

Ego Barber Lounge is an oasis of sorts to gentlemen in a world that can be stressful to say the least. That’s why the company’s motto is to «Experience a Gentlemen’s Oasis.» Ego Barber Lounge is an oasis where men can always come to escape the rigors of life, renew their mind and energies, all while enjoying the camaraderie of their colleagues and friends.

Mr. Bagley is a native of Wilson, NC and an alumnus of North Carolina Central University. He is also a graduate of Park West Barber School in Durham, NC. Mr. Bagley’s passion for barbering traces back to his years in high school, when his older brother gave him his first set of clippers. It was in high school that Jacob began experimenting with his clippers by cutting his own hair. During his matriculation at NCCU he began cutting the hair of his friends in the dormitory. As Mr. Bagley began his career as a professional barber he noticed that there was need for the old school barbershop experience that made everyone that came through the door feel welcome and at home. It is through this need and Mr. Bagley’s desire for providing quality service that Ego Barber Lounge was birthed.
