Was 1 day late on my rent because I was at my grandmothers funeral and they would accept my check and wouldn’t let me even write a new one with the late fee added (again was away at A FUNERAL) made me go and get a money order or chashiercheck.

I toured this place to check out apartments. This place seemed fairly, well maintained, spacious with ample parking. The units stayed fairly cool in the summertime even without the air conditioning running. Every unit had washer and dryer installed. Choice of carpet or hardwood flooring. The living room has crown molding, to make it look clean and modern. Kitchen and bathroom were nicely ceramic tiled. Appliances look fairly new. Several one bedroom apartments with various square footage (600,650, 700 sq ft.) The location was very close to the I-​80 highway which provided a constant traffic noise during rush hour. Walking distance (15 – 20 minutes) to a bus stop that ran into downtown. The price was fairly reasonable and the property manager was friendly and professional. Only $ 35 application fee, that could be waved with promotion. Security deposit could also be waved with proper credit approval. Michelle showed me a couple different apartments for comparison. She seemed to take pride in her line of work. appreciated that she even followed up afterward.
