I have relocated from ADF’s Samuel H. Scripps studios building to 718 iredell st. The ADF studio space was a great first office but I am excited for the many possibilities this new location will offer.

I graduated from The Chicago School of Massage Therapy where clinical approach and the ability to utilize kinesiology was given the utmost attention. I soon began work at one of the areas longest standing health clubs, Evanston Athletic Club. The club’s community presented the opportunity to work on diverse issues across a broad age group. The caliber of therapists I had the privilege of working alongside exposed me to modalities, techniques, and little tricks I might not have gained anywhere else. The desire to increase my hands on ability lead me to certify in pregnancy massage, Lomi-​Lomi, and Lymphatic drainage. My goal is to educate the client about their body and its specific needs, empowering them in their pursuit of health.
