Established in 1982.

We began as an Accounting Firm in 1982 and have grown steadily into a Tax Accounting Firm as we focus on the Tax Basis of reporting. We provide tax preparation, tax planning, tax research and tax representation services. We were accepted for Enrollment Before the Internal Revenue Service in 1997. We have been representing taxpayers since. We are a «custom» shop. Most everything we do is a «one-​of-​a-​kind».
