Preserve At the Park

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They lost a check I gave them but mistakes happen and they didn’t charge me a late fee or anything. It was not a big deal. Overall I give the office 5 stars.
The one time I had to use maintenance he was very gruff and unfriendly. Definitely gave off the vibe they didn’t want to be dealing with me. The work took a few days to finish and there was little to no communication w me about what was going on. Being a single female it would have been nice if he was a little more friendly. I give maintenance 2 stars.
The apartment itself was great. Newly renovated — very clean. Appliances may not have been brand new but were new enough to not have any problems. It was reasonably priced compared to other apartments in Durham. Being located near I-​40 and 15 – 501 is super convenient. It’s just a short drive to Wal-​mart and Kroger. Unlike other parts of Durham, I never felt unsafe in the general area. I’ll give the apartment 4 stars.
(Dog park, volleyball court and tennis court are also nice perks.) The other tenants were great. No loud parties or anything. Everyone was friendly. It’s a very dog friendly community which is awesome. I would give 4 stars if not for maintenance. Definitely left a bad impression.

I had a great tour with «JON BOLDING» the property manager! He was unique, professional & very friendly. He offered me all discount that he could, and I really appreciate him going out of his way for me!

I recently moved to Preserve at the Park, and I love it! The property is beautiful. I’m excited to live here when I pull into the driveway each day after work. The office staff has nothing but amazing since the day I came to take a tour of the apartment. Sheffine and Jon has gone out of their way to speak to me and get to know me. They even welcomed my insanely huge puppy with open arms. When I moved in, everything was clean and tidy, so I felt like I was really moving into a NEW space. The neighborhood is quiet, and although I haven’t met many of my neighbors yet, the few I have met (mostly other dog owners) have been friendly and positive about living here. My dog loves our new home! He is excited everyday to go to the on-​site dog park. This move has been a really great experience, and I’m excited about my new home. Thank you Preserve at the Park staff for making me feel at home.
