History
Established in 1992.
Bob Carbonell developed Relocation Management Resources, Inc. («RMR») in 1992 after a twenty year career in the moving industry that spanned operations, sales and client management in the domestic and international corporate moving world.
An AMSA Certifed Moving Consultant for more than two decades, he also holds AMSA Tariff Specialist and Certifed Professional Mover Certifications, as well as the Employee Relocation Council’s Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations.
Over the past two decades, RMR has become well known for having a fanatical focus towards Customer Service and Client Satisfaction. RMR specializes in custom orchestrated, managed and audited moving services for corporate executives and the luxury real estate market.

Bob Carbonell has worked in all aspects of the moving industry for almost forty years. Starting out working as a laborer, he progressed to driver, NYC international origin and destination services, Allied Van Lines certified van foreman, international warehouse manager, salesman, corporate manager and development officer.
Since 1992 he has managed RMR to provide the highest quality, managed moving product in the world through applying his decades of experience to the cost effective custom moving services, audit and reporting.
In the past five years RMR has developed partnerships with the leading real estate companies in the world to manage their corporate household moving programs, as well as their luxury real estate and individual client household moves.
Bob is known for travelling throughout the United States to personally manage and observe moves to ensure that RMR’s standards are maintained successfully and managed several group moves /headquarter facility relocations.
