They close the pool area November 1 even tho it’s a cloudless 70 degree day and one may be inclined to enjoy a lounge chair. No place to enjoy the weather
Gym next door is a plus.

Clean quiet and great front desk Sherri at front is a super sweet great hospitality with a smile! Had a leak in sink so I went and worked out with a gym pass they gave me and good to go when I got back.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Ordered room service as we stayed as on a friends & family (employee) rate. The room service left a little something to be desired, but that could be because it was toward the end of the day. I ordered breakfast twice and it was pretty good. The only reason why I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because in order to use the gym, you have to get a pass and use the gym next door, which sucks because that gym is like Planet Fitness on steroids (i’m extremely anti– PF lol). I prefer the Four Points which is not too far from this location.

Attended a buffet style banquet for our family reunion for the second year in a row. As always the food was well seasoned and the attendants were efficient and tried to anticipate our needs.

It’s a business hotel primarily, per the name, but when folks are visiting throughout the summer, I highly recommend this place. It’s very convenient to the airport and interstate. The pool is spotless and always cool and refreshing, even in August.

I’m on the fence about how to rate this hotel, since I only stayed for one night and thus didn’t get to explore very much, but on the room alone, I would give it a 3.5. The bed is very comfortable, but I kept waking up in the middle of the night when the air conditioning clicked on — it is VERY loud, and not white noise loud either — just loud. I was on the main floor and I could also hear people walking around above me, which was bothersome when trying to sleep (or get back to sleep). However, the room is clean and spacious, the desk and chairs are a nice touch, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. But I probably wouldn’t stay here again, since I didn’t get a very good night’s sleep.

The air conditioning never made the room cold enough. The description says the hotel was remodeled in 2014 but you would never know it by looking at it. None of the TV channels were HD. The internet cable on the desk didn’t function — only WiFi. And they snuck in a «prepaid» on the room without it being explicit in the description… Which meant I had to pay full price when I checked out a fast early. I will never stay here again.

I’m usually loyal to Marriott, but had to stay at this Sheraton. The location is very convenient to the highway if you have a car, which is a must as the hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants or shopping. The rooms are dated, particularly the bathrooms are in need of a refresh. The bed was comfy and the complimentary water a nice touch. Hotel staff was very friendly, with exception of the housekeeper working the 4^th floor on Memorial Day 2015 who looked right at us in the hall and didn’t as
much as say hello or smile. She didn’t look happy to be working and coincidentally our room wasn’t made up that day (we realized we left the do not disturb sign out by accident though!).
Parking lot became crowded after 7−8pm, very little parking out front. Most of the spaces are located on the side lot.

This is the first hotel i choose whenever I travel to RTP. Rooms are clean, restaurant is exceptional, and the shuttle service is very convenient. Highly recommended for the weary business traveler.

I’m very disappointing with this hotel.
Using
to try to make a reservation in Raleigh near the Convention Center this hotel somehow came up on my list. I ended up reserving a room here and didn’t realize until I got my receipt that this hotel was actually in Durham not Raleigh.
When I tried to cancel the room (within 3 hours or reservation), I was informed that I would still be billed for 1 night stay (what I originally booked the room for).
I tried to go back through
but they informed me that the manager was unwilling to work with me or give me a discounted rate, so now I’m out $ 120.
I’ll be sure to keep them off my list in the future.

Great hotel! The lobby is enormous and very spacious, with a bar, internet café, restaurant and plenty of soft seating all in an open concept. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious and include large desks (I was on the preferred vendor floor so I’m not sure if this had anything to do with it.) Wifi is easy to connect to and the connectivity is not flakey.
Loses a star because the heat/​AC system is very very loud when it comes on & off throughout the course of the night … and although they provide free water, there was no fridge in the room. Also, the parking is a bit of a walk from the main entrance & I didn’t notice the valet the entire week that I stayed. I also wasn’t a fan of the fact that I got a connecting room.
However, If you’re in town for business, you can benefit from the shuttle service that can take you to/​from the office.
Overall, a pleasant experience.

The best part about this hotel to me is its awesome beds. Next is the always-​friendly and cheerful front desk staff. I can expect to joke with them, and even tense situations (such as needing a new room key and not having a photo ID with you to prove who you are and their very good no-​exceptions security to not make you a new one) are not so bad. Good management is always available to talk out conflict. This is my fourth time here, and there has not been an exception to the good service yet. Tonight I needed to get in a locked exterior door, and a simple maintenance worker helped me in and actually apologized for its being locked. I like that personal touch of genuine hospitality. Third most cool feature to me: they feature real Starbucks coffee drinks (in a limited selection set) in their gift shop and Starbucks coffee in the rooms. My wife was able to buy her fave hot chocolate drink and so when she is happy so am I! They make real Starbucks drinks. So if you like Starbucks, you will be pleased about that as well.

First off the beds are SOOOOO comfy after a long flight there. The rooms were a little dated although clean. The staff was friendly from the pick up at the airport to checking in and checking out of hotel. Not much around the area if you’re looking to do anything outside of the hotel. Overall it was a nice quiet place to rest.

Wireless in the room does not work. Good luck trying to get help with that.
Food in the restaurant is awful and customer service is bad.
I was placed in a room with no a/​c. Only after I complained did someone notice that this room was supposed to be «on hold» for service issues.
I wish I could say this experience was atypical for a Sheraton, but it is not.

Rooms and lobby were nice, just weirdly spread out to get from point A to B.

Awesome, place, the accoutrements and general tidiness of the whole place is above what similar hotels of this range and potential possess. I liked how they treat me and the meals.

Stayed here for a leadership conference in late January.
The bad:
Low quality tp, towels (rough & thin), fixtures.
No hot tub.
You have to pay to use pool.
Free wine tasting only m-​wed.
Confusing layout.
Complimentary ‘plug in’ internet. (Because it’s 1999?)
Smaller tv then average
No fridge
No microwave

Pricey (especially for what you get)

Conclusion
This hotel is good but seems to give a fancier appearance or façade then the quality that it really brings. And for the price, I’ve seen much better. Customer service has always been great though.

I recently had a business trip and was in need of a hotel. The criteria was not a total dump, near the airport, near Durham & near Morrisville. My work booked through Hotwire for $ 73 p/​night for the «Mystery 4 Star Hotel». I don’t know about you but usually anytime something is «mystery» until you buy I normally am skeptical.
Being in a new town I relied on my IPhone/​Siri to get me to the right place… I know better. She left me in the middle of the road with a bunch of dark buildings around me. Not being the most patient person I decided to call the front desk for directions. I used the Unilocal app to call and the man that answered kept telling me to «just come inside» — the problem was WHERE IS INSIDE?! The man would hang up after and I was getting quite frustrated until I decided to google the #. The # was 1 digit off, so while the first # called somewhere in the hotel I’m not sure where.
The front desk ladies were very friendly– explaining where to park and the best area to park in relation to my room. They explained how to use the wifi and about the restaurant… All info I wanted to know but was too tired to remember to ask so I appreciated it. They also said they would look into fixing the #.
The rooms are nice and the comforter was so fluffy and warm and after being in the cold rain it felt amazing. When I turned the TV on it kept saying «No Signal» so I called the front desk to ask what I was doing wrong. The bellman told them to advise me to unplug and replug the tv (you know like when Ctrl ALt Delete doesn’t work for your computer…) and it should fix it. We got off the phone and I tried the unplug method a couple times… Unfortunately it never worked. It was too late to hassle with it further so I just watched a show on my laptop to help unwind.
Overall it fit the purpose of the trip and was a cozy place to unwind. I signed up for the rewards program and would stay at one of their properties in the future.

Maybe this is unfair of me since this review will get lumped in with the other hotel reviews, but this is for the breakfast only. I did NOT stay at this hotel, but I was in a different hotel for 2 weeks in this area, and if you know RTP, you know that it’s mainly open for business during weekday work hours. The rest of the time, there is nothing going on. So when a coworker and I wanted to grab breakfast on a weekend there was almost no place to go we stumbled across the breakfast buffet in the lobby of the Sheraton and figured we might as well give it a try.
It was around $ 12 and it was pretty good;l they bring out the drinks but everything else is self-​serve. They don’t have a huge buffet but the quality of what they have is good. There is a guy there making omelets and waffles, which were also good (I had ham and cheese and it was chock full of both).

Dated hotel. If you get the room at the end of the hotel, then the wifi becomes spotty.
Service was very nice though.
