Been here many times in the past. I was referred by a family member. Last visit was a teeth clean back in August. Immediately, you’re greeted by very friendly employees. I’ve never had a late or delayed appointment. I’ve had many general teeth cleans by the various dental hygienists and 1 cavity filling done by Dr Tao Gao. Services are all completed very professionally. I would recommend dental office to others.

Tao Gao’s treatment permanently damaged my tooth and mantle nerve, and left me with life time facial numbness.
I had terrible experience, and I don’t want another patient repeat what I had suffered.
I filed complaint at the North Carolina dental board. Here is what I received from the dental board in 2015:
«Your complaint did, however, result in the Board issuing a Letter of Caution to Dr. Gao with regard to the issues you raised.»

Was referred here by our orthodontist. Really nice dentist, very low-​key office with friendly staff. Never been to a dentist who does their own cleaning, but why not? Very good with kids. We’ll be back.
