History

Established in 1996.

Chris Linnerooth started his real estate career in 1996 and quickly realized that his clients were best served by a team of Realtors who can offer clients diverse skill sets and perspections. Chris studied Civil Engineering at Oregon State University and Sue graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Management. The first 15 years of their careers were in the tech industry where both held management positions that honed their skills in client relations and negotiations. This strong skill set helped make a smooth transition to real estate in the late 90’s. Chris and Sue are Managing Brokers and Sue is ranked in the top 3% of agents nationwide by the Council for Residential Specialists. Tracy Lewis joined the team in 2007 and is the Linnerooth Team Accredited Staging Specialist. The Linnerooth Team is active in Duvall Rotary, Duvall Chamber, Duvall’s disaster response organization (CDMRC), and school committees. We love our community!
