After several tries at other dealerships I ventured out to Frankie’s. I had heard good things about them but living over an hour away I did nothing more than store them in the back of my mind. I finally decided to give it a shot and go out there and I couldn’t be happier. I was able to get into a car with an affordable down payment and affordable monthly payments. The warranty I got for the car is AWESOME and I feel secure in knowing I didn’t get a car that is going to break down on me with payments that I can afford. My credit is the best and a lot of times dealers can make you feel like a waste of their time or a cash cow. Not Frankie’s. I worked with an awesome salesman who was super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Frankie’s.

Horrible salesman!!! Only showed us old cars and way overpriced! Said they couldn’t do anything for me. Come to find out that they were blaming the banks. My fiancé and I looked further into it and it was because the cars they were putting in to get financed they were jacking up the price way above the cars even being worth! Don’t waste your time here. Go to World Hyundai they will get you in something new with a great price! Frankie’s is horrible!!! STAY AWAY

I would not recommend Frankie’s at all. I felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and then they switched contracts on me and my payment was over $ 50 more than what the sales person first said. They don’t respond to your concerns and they seem very shady. When I bought at Carmax my experience was so much better and more honest. I feel they are very deceptive at Frankie’s.
The car itself is great, just hoping that it holds up

In 2005, I looked at cars in the Dyer location and the Chicago Heights location and decided to purchase a car from Frankie’s. The finance manager added my 2,000 down payment to my owed balance making the car 2,000 higher than our agreed upon amount. When I requested my money back for their clerical error they stated that they couldn’t do anything for me, because I signed the paperwork.
I was young and eager back then, but Frankie’s finance department is full of predators. My cousin went to Frankie’s last month looking for a car and wow what do you know they have the same people working there as they did in 2005, I doubt their business practices have improved at all.

Frankies Auto Sales has a great staff that will get you a good deal. They will work with you to get you the monthly payments that will fit in your budget. The used vehicles are in great shape and they come with a Car Fax report. I am a returning customer and recommend anyone to get their next car there. I HIGHLY recommend asking for the salesman: Nick T. He is great, no pressure, and he really cares!
My only negative is the prices are not wholesale, as they advertise.

I was surprised to have a hassle-free experience here as I am always on guard when purchasing vehicles, but these guys gave me a great deal. I told them what I was looking for and they got me exactly what I wanted, a low-mileage van for my family. The price was cheaper than at other lots and from what I saw online. I will buy from Franklin’s again.

I would never purchase a vehicle from Frankie’s. Found a car they advertised online and upon arrival quickly realized the car had far less options than the advertisement stated. I felt lured into the dealership by lies. The manager on duty could not have been more rude. I tell everyone I know looking for a car to stay clear of a used car lot like Frankie’s. I also find it funny they post on this site that they use Kelley Blue book. When they saw my vehicle I told them Kelley said my car was worth 9k. They tried telling me they use a more accurate system that all car dealerships use and my car was worth 3k at most, and that they were being generous. I ended up selling my car for $ 8500. Do yourself a favor and educate yourself before going to Frankie’s and you will be happy to walk away like I did.
