Business Owner

Thomas «Tom» Bennerotte is the owner and founding partner of Bennerotte & Associates, P.A. Tom has worked in the personal injury field his entire career. He began his career as a claims adjuster. He went on to work as a law clerk and associate attorney for the law firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, before opening his own law practice.

Tom was born and raised in southern Minnesota. For undergraduate studies, Tom attended The University of Wisconsin — Eau Claire where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with Honors. He attended William Mitchell College of Law and graduated Cum Laude. Tom worked full-​time as a law clerk while attending law school. Currently, he is an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
