Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was taking a chance stopping here after reading the reviews. I am starting to think that my review is higher, because the Apple Valley location I usually frequent is AWFUL!
This Chipotle is so clean! The place was SPOTLESS! Apple Valley always looks like a bomb went off. Employees here were for the most part very friendly. Apple Valley staff is usually zombies who grunt at you, or try to eat your face off for asking a question.
My Chicken bowl was very good, everything was fresh. My husband and I have both gotten sick from the Apple Valley location… maybe we should frequent this one instead.
Really no complaints at all.

I go here for lunch quite a bit due to the short distance from my office. The thing i like is that the lines are not out-​of-​control like other Chipotle restaurants and maybe it is because the service here isn’t very good, staff isn’t friendly, I have been overcharged twice and have had to make them go back and credit my credit card some charges. The staff doesn’t communicate with each other either. If you get extra meat, it is likely that if you want to pay for it, you may have to pay attention and tell the cashier to charge you. That isn’t my job. I continue to go here because it is fresh food fast and it is close to my office. If I had a similar place nearby, I would go there instead.

Every time I’ve come here, there has been awful customer service. They never get my order right and always seem like they care more about how fast they get it done than the accuracy.
