Driver showed up on time and was friendly. Car was clean.
So, why the 1 star?
Quoted one price and charged twice as much. No changes to schedule or type of service give with the quote.
No response for clarification so I am in the process of disputing with Amex.
Great service and a clean car, just bad estimating and follow up.
**Follow up. Working with Amex, they backed off the charge. Changing my review from 1 star to 3**
