Real-​Time Leasing began with Deb Newell working as a Property Manager for her own properties, slowly expanding to work referrals from Realtors and other investors. In 2004 she bought her first commercial building to set up a store front and hired 3 employees. Today she has over 14 employees and has moved into her third building, expanding each time. She is not only the Broker and Owner of Real-​Time Leasing, but is the General Contractor and owner of Real-​Time Property Services, a full service maintenance a rehab company for both investment properties, those under management and other homes in need of repair.

Business Owner

Deb Newell, MPM® RMP® is currently serving as the 2013 – 2014 RVP for NC/​NE Regions and is also a National recognized speaker on Property Management. Prior to serving on the Board she served for 2 years as Chair for GA. She has been a real estate investor and property manager for over twelve years, and is the sole owner of Real-​Time Leasing and Real-​Time Property Services in Eagan, MN. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the UCD-​Denver where she also taught first year Poli-​Sci courses. Deb has possessed a life long passion for Governmental Affairs and education and currently is also serving as Vice Chair for Governmental Affairs for her local Realtor Association.
