Tires Plus

We stopped in today (New Years day!) looking for hard to find tires for our old RV on or way home from holiday travels. Steve went out of his way to help us locate a set on our route home since they didn’t have any on site and he was super kind and helpful. Excellent customer service!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE EVER!
These clowns had my car for 7.5 hours to do an oil change and fix a flat and they couldn’t get it finished by time they promised it would be ready. Don’t worry about scheduling an appointment, it doesn’t mean anything to them! They offered to reschedule my «appointment» to next week and it would be no charge. I’d rather pay someone double than let these idiots touch my car for free.
If you want decent customer service, and people who stand by their word and work do yourself a favor and go to a quality shop!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dropped my car at nine am. Was told it would be three hours to complete the work. Called around noon to check, was told it was slated to be done by three. ??? How does three hours from nine am turn to three pm? Missed my 12:30 appointment. Returned to store at five pm. Car still hasn’t moved from where I parked it this morning. Leave to go eat dinner. Return to store at 6:30, car still in original parking spot. Needless to say I will never to business with this or any other tires plus location. EVER! Could not recommend this store any less. Zero stars.

I’ve had my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9l Limited serviced here a couple times. I like that they will match part prices if you show them a lower price on the same part. I would suggest knowing what parts you need first, if possible, and checking around for pricing. They did good work the two times I was there for service.

I have been here twice in the last 2 months. I drive for a living, so my van visits the shop frequently for routine maintenance. Last night I decided it was time to get the tires replaced, since snow will be falling very soon.
I was greeted right away, and they helped me pick out my tires. Here is what I liked. They had brand name tires, on sale for cheaper than some of the generics. A quick search on google to verify it was a good tire, and I was sold. He did not try to up-​sell me on a more expensive tire.
I also needed an oil change. Since I was getting tires, I asked if they could cut me a deal on the oil change. They agreed and knocked $ 20 off my bill.
Here is what made me very happy. I had brakes put on not that long ago. Tires Plus did not install them, as I had a coupon for another place. I’ve been hearing a squeak and a little grind periodically when I hit the breaks hard. I asked them to check the pads, as I drive close to 400 miles a day, maybe it was time again to change them. They said the pads were just fine, and they squeak and sound bad due to the pad being cheap. They said they could change them if I was annoyed by it, but they did not recommend it as the pads have a lot of life left on them.
All around great service, and I saved $ 20!

Careful on this one, my fiancée was getting her tires changed and they called in the middle of the appointment saying we needed new break pads. I probably would have had them change them if we hadn’t REPLACED THEM 3 MONTHS AGO!
