Our first area of expertise is in sewer and drain cleaning. We take great pride in being the «Go to guy’s» as one reviewer commented, when others fail. We’re not about being all things to all people. Service and repair is our bread and butter, so to speak.

History

Established in 1995.

I was scared out of my pants the day I turned in my company credit card and gas card to my former boss.

All I had was a pager, a few drain cleaning machines, one account, and a dream. (I’m laughing out loud right now, because it’s sounds corny… But it’s true!)

I have one formula that I stick to; which has serviced me well: When you call for service, I answer the phone. Wow!

Wally and Steve are awesome! Just like the previous reviews, these guys are first and foremost honest, knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and reasonable pricing.
I heard water running in the walls and outside the side of my house. They accommodated me the same day. Being as curious as I am and having a million questions, they walked me through everything they did. They also took the time to look into a secondary issue I had asked about when they arrived. They didn’t force me into fixing it. They told me the issue, and it’s an issue I can fix myself or wait on.

Can’t say enough about Wally and Steve. My go to for plumbing and roto service in the 626. Honest guys, clear communication, local service, fast work, what’s more to ask. My condo is an older building (think old galvanized pipes) so plumbing is an ongoing concern. Both Wally and Steve have come out to consult for blocked/​slow drain pipes and leaks in faucet pipes. The consults were free and they only charged when actual work was done. Prices were very competitive and scheduling them has always been a breeze. Look no further than these two for your plumbing and roto needs. 5 stars all around.

Wally and company are SUPER nice guys. Called on a Saturday and they fit us in on Monday (it was a non-​emergency). They gave me different options to choose from, and were fine with my choice, even though I chose the hard way! My husband was very pleased and he’s a «tough crowd». Will definitely be using them again for any work we might need. Wish I had known about them when we needed our pipes replaced! Thanks Wally!

Had a leak in my water heater that was spraying all over my basement. I called Wally in a panic and he calmly talked to me while instructing me how to turn off the water. He arrived about 15 minutes later and fixed it. His guys also helped me move all the wet, ruined stuff out of my basement to dry off, which they didn’t have to do at all. Very nice, courteous, affordable and they did a fast, good job. I will definitely be using them as my plumbers from now on.

Wally and Steve were fast, professional, and courteous. Their prices are reasonable and Wally even wrote up a note for us to give to LADWP so that we could get a credit for the water wasted in the leak. We will definitely use them again and recommend them!

This is an update to my last review. When I had to replace my water heater, I asked for a 12 year warranty water heater. I was told, «They don’t make them anymore.» This from a plumber! Later I found a lot of 12 year warranty water heaters that are available. Just terribly disgusted with these people.

These guys are the best. Came out quickly, did everything that was necessary and NOTHING that wasn’t, didn’t try to upsell or use scare tactics. And best of all, totally reasonable pricing. I couldn’t be happier that I found them after having dealt with so many horrible plumbers in Los Angeles. I almost hesitate to post this for fear they’ll get too busy, but they deserve the praise. Wally is knowledgable, calm and informative. quick service — here within a few hours, and gone in 30 mins — but in that time i learned about the piping on my house, the ventilation, the exact cause of our problem, and how to approach it in the future. all of this was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand, but also showed complete mastery on his part. he guarantees his work, a real sign that he gets things done right the first time.

Fast, professional, and got the job right the first time. Wally didn’t try to add on unnecessary additional work to the estimate like the other plumbers that gave me estimates.
Wally and Steve came by the next day and installed a new clean out and cleared my clogged drain pipe. The job they did was so clean that when they finished the job my yard was so intact that it looked like they weren’t even there!
Very professional and gives a fair price for the work. I found my go to plumber and will refer all of my friends, family, and clients!

I can’t say enough about Wally and Steve. The plumbing all stars who have earned all my future roto business. I love how they are a small operation so the people you talk to on the phone are also the ones who show up.
Wally came quick, diagnosed the problem and sent me an estimate via google. docs within 24 hours. I recently bought a place with some sketchy plumbing so the seller had to fix it but Wally came out again and inspected it for me for a very reasonable fee.
Glad I found these guys on Unilocal. Forgot Roto Rooter call these guys.

Wally came out within an hour of my phone call, and helped fix my shower supply lines which I punctured the day before. Him and Steve told me exactly what they were going to do, and quote me a price. They worked very fast and the quality of work is perfect. Shower was back up and running same day.

Called my «go to» guys this morning… Due to having problems with lighting my very old water heater. They showed up in 10mins.
As it turned out the reason was the earthquake shut off valve was triggered… And hence to gas. Wally didnt charge me for the call. Thanks, Wally!

I found Wally Adams by Googling «plumbing service for Eagle Rock» & his business listing on «Yelp» came up. With all the five star reviews from 21 other people including some fellow Eagle Rock residents I figured he had to be my best bet. After seeing his YouTube video on his web site I was sold and gave him a call. He said he’d be there in 35 – 40 mins and he was here in 25. They unclogged my kitchen sink in less than 30 mins. I appreciate their professionalism and Wally & his partner Steve (who also lives in the area) on top of everything else are very cordial. I forgot I didn’t have any cash so luckily they take checks. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs fast, honest and reasonably priced plumbing service.
