Had an appointment at 9:45 AM, but no one was at the branch. Location was supposed to be open at 9 but no one there until after 10, over an hour late. Customer Service offered no help only to tell me that it was terrible that no one was there. Doesn’t bode well for a tax company that doesn’t even open on time. I would understand a few minutes, 9:05, 9:10, but over an hour late? Unacceptable!
