Marshalls

One of the best stores I’ve been to in this area. One of the best Marshalls I’ve ever been in. Most marshalls are dirty and look like a rummage sale. This one is clean and organized and very well stocked with really nice stuff. Kinda deceiving. You’d think you were in a way better store than a marshalls. The employees are really nice and courteous. This is my new cheap store in the bx

My favorite store in Parkchester. Always clean and (almost) always well organized. Probably one of the better Marshalls’ I’ve visited. So happy it’s so close but not so happy for my wallet because I manage to have a huge haul every time I leave there… What treasure will you find this time at Marshalls?

I visited Marshalls with mom we were doing some bonding while shopping for a dog bed, which we bought we spend a decent amount of money there: we bought candles and some glass arrangements. The store was neat and tighty everything seemed like it was where it was suppose to be .
However when we went to check out a young lady named ravine was very nasty very pushy about getting Marshalls credit card when we told her clearly we were not interested she proceeded with her disgusting attitude when we asked her to wrap the glass figures up. she did not even wrap it for us she passed us the wrapping paper and we had to do it ourselves. I work in customer service and I get very good reviews on Unilocal.I deal with tourists and regulars on a day to day bases in the city and her customer service sucked. It was raining and she wouldn’t even pack our half of our things… I wouldn’t say I would not visit again but I will say maybe she needs to be trained on what customer service means! Rolling your eyes and making people do your job is not right. I go above and beyond with my customers. And I don’t get paid much but it’s what I get paid for. There a lot of people out there that need jobs so maybe u guys should reconsider who I hire. Good day devoted customer

Although it replaced my favorite theater, I really like this location. It’s clean and well organized.
