Mega Windows and Doors

Not more than two weeks ago, I ordered two replacement windows from Mega Windows.
This was the only place I could find in the Bronx. Usually in Queens, I can have two of the same Windows replaced for $ 100.00 but Mega charged me $ 120.00. Of course, I could go across the Whitestone Bridge and brave Flushing traffic to save $ 20 but that would be penny wise and pound foolish.
One thing for sure is, this place knows exactly how much to charge. Significantly higher than their competitors in Queens, but just low enough so customers would have no incentive to go to Queens for a better deal.
Price aside, they promised to have the windows next day and they fulfilled their promise.
I saw a contractor’s license posted in the office, so they do installations, but I didn’t need an installer so I am not reviewing that aspect of their business.
If you’re coming from Queens to the Bronx, don’t bother. Otherwise, this is a reliable place conveniently located by the Bruckner Expressway.
