Was recommended this place by a family friend and I do not regret this place at all great quick service and professional. I’ve had a lot of work done by these mechanics here from mufflers strut assembly replacement. Price is a lot better than most mechanics in the area. I plan on going back because I have a few other tasks to complete on my car.

Horrible place. They over charged me for a stereo instalation which was done wrong!!! Wires were crossed the wrong way, after being charged $ 600.00 for a no name brand stereo I was left with no sound on my drivers side. Called them and was treated with such disrespect I decided to go in, in person. After going in to speak with the person who installed the stereo I was aggressively confronted by 3 men and told that it was not their fault ND if I wanted to get it fixed I would have to pay another $ 80 for their service!!! Only 3 days after buying this stereo from them. I decided to go somewhere else (best buy) the problem was corrected. The idiot who did the installation at the horrible place had crossed wires the wrong way. Don’t waste your time or your money in this place it is run by thugs and bullies who will lie and con you out of your money…

HORRIBLE. If you are looking to get tints done to your car DO NOT come to this shop. I have a 2006 Acura TSX and decided to give this shop a try because of the good reviews I saw. I made an appointment and headed to the Bronx that same morning. I got there around 10:30am and it took them until 3pm to finish my tints. Can you believe it? One would have thought they would come out looking fantastic cause of how long they took. WRONG. There isn’t much light in their shop so when I first took a glance at their work nothing stood out only the fact that they left my car filthy from the outside with all the chemicals they used to clean my windows. When I got home in Connecticut, i inspected every window closely and saw what a HORRIBLE job they actually did. There were creases, bubbles, and scratches in every window. Some windows weren’t even fully covered in the corners. It just looked so bad. The next morning I called to let them know and they asked me to bring the car back in so they can take a look. Ramon, who’s is charge, took a look at my car and said «idk what to tell you, we do tints all the time» so I asked for a refund and he said «it doesn’t work like that» he insisted in doing them over again but a other day. So I decided to take my car to a other shop to see what they thought and they said they were VERY poorly done. Therefore, seeing how badly they came out the first time, getting my friends and a other shops opinion on whether or not to let them redo them, I decided not to. Not only that but I didn’t want to waste a other 8 hours of my life for them to take them off and replace them knowing how long it took them the first time for them to come out poorly done again. So I called Ramon a couple of days later and let him know that I did not want my tints done again considering the other shops opinion and demanded a refund. He started yelling at me through the phone saying he would do them over again and that I was getting ahead of myself, that I was making him loose his temper and that he was trying to make me satisfied. So I told him yet AGAIN that I will be satisfied when he gives me a refund. His reply was «AM I NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH?! YOU ARENT GETTING A REFUND BYE» and hangs up on me. So I decide to call one last time just to let him know what a horrible rip off and business they are and this time not only is he yelling, but cursing at me saying to go somewhere else if I don’t like his business. HA sure will, I told him I was gonna send a complain to the BBB and make sure everyone knows what a rip off and horrible business this place is and hung up on his face. Anyways moral of the story is: DO NOT GO GET YOUR TINTS DONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLY DONE TINTS AND NO REFUND. I just had to warn others about what a horrible business this is. Oh yeah and one other thing, when I brought my car back so they can take a look at it, there was a other guy complaining about the work done to his car, not tints, I’m not exactly sure what it was. All I heard was Ramon, yelling at him saying he can’t do anything about it. Horrible business, I do not recommend anyone to go here it’s a waste of time and money.

HORRIBLE. I don’t know how this place is in business, they are a complete scam. I got my tints done here and all I can say is: they don’t know what they are doing. They had bubbles & scratches all over. I told them about it and they told me to wait a few days. A week later, they only looked worse. I called and told them if they can please check it out & fix it. This is the response I got, «We did it how its supposed to be done & you are not getting your money back,» and hung up. What kind of service is that?! The least they can do is TRY TO FIX IT. Worst place ever. I am filing a claim against them.

After looking on Unilocal for a location to get tinted windows for my car I came across R&D. The staff there were very friendly and helpful making a decision on which tint to get. They were very thorough and it looks great. Very reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend them.

Looking for places in the Bronx via the internet i found and called RD looking for a place to install a car radio for my son 2003 Acura. When we got there they took really good care of us. my son got a nice radio for his car, fully installed for a very reasonable price. i cant remember the name of the gentleman at the front desk but he was incredibly helpful and candid with us. I will recommend them to my friends.

They did an amazing job with my car stereo system! Very thorough, detailed work with care and precision! I highly recommend this if you are looking for a high quality upgrade to your automobiles stereo system! Very satisfied customer.
