I called 3 times to order food and was placed on hold as soon as someone answered and remained on hold for over 5 minutes each time. I finally gave up and ordered from a local spot. No excuse for leaving a customer on hold that long AND multiple times! Poor customer service

This is by far the worst PaPa John’s EVER! Now I have always liked Papa Johns but after my experience, I am beyond disgusted! I may never eat at a Papa Johns again. It started with a simple craving. My brother and I decided to order pizza and instead Dominoes we went with Papa Johns. We wanted to get three medium pizzas and cheesy bread or whatever. I call in, «hi could I place an order.» And a guy answers, «what do you want?» In a rude disturbing voice. I continued with my order. I put in half my order before he said, «hold.» And put me on hold for 5 minutes. Okay so I waited. At the 7 minute mark I hang up and I call back. «Hello?» I said. «You again? Hold.» So I hold for another two minutes and then hang up call back and I say, «are you serious? What’s going on?» He says with an attitude, «you were taking too long to place your order. I don’t have time for that!» «Are you serious?» I said in a shocked, confused, and annoyed voice. «What’s wrong with you? I was just telling you what I wanted.» «Well you took to long!» And he hung up. I call back. He hangs up. Call again. He hangs up. Calls again. He hangs up. Now at this point it’s more about the principal than about the food. Call again someone else picks up. I explain to him the situation in as calm a voice as possible and then he says he will put my order it and tell me to hold. The other guy picks up and says, «you complained about me! Now I’m going to spit in your food you piece of f}#¥ s&$@!» Now this is the part I started cursing at him to the point where I asked for him manager and said I’d get him fired and he said, «get me fired!» And hung up! I drove down there to confront him and he starting cursing at me in front of the other guy and threw my pizza on the floor then put it in the box and told me to pay! I told him I would not and then he began cursing again and said he would call the police. Call the police on me!!! What a joke. I left! And deleted that Papa Johns number. I suggest everyone do the same and put this garbage place out of business. I wasn’t even treated like a human by this person. But I see their was a similar experience from this restaurant. Please don’t make the same mistake!

I will never ever again order from Papa John’s Pizza due to the horrible experience I had with the guy that worked behind the counter of this store, supposedly his name was Rory. First, when I called in to place the order on Christmas Eve, he put me on hold 4 times, which each time consisted of being on hold for about 5 minutes. The only reason why I was suckered into getting pizza from this place was because they were the only ones open on this day. After I finally was able to place my order, the guy was absolutely rude and gave me the worst attitude. I told him I was picking it up because I wanted to confront this jerk. When I got there, I told him he needed to change the way he spoke to customers and his behavior was not at all professional. He shouldn’t talk to people as if they were trash, which is the way he made me feel. I told him that his attitude could get him fired. His reply«GETMEFIRED!!! I WANTTOSEEYOUGETMEFIRED!!!» I told him if he was not happy with this job then he needs to give it up to someone who needs a job. He had the nerve to tell me «I BETNONEOFYOURFRIENDSENJOYWHATTHEYDOFOR A LIVING! SINCEWHENDOYOUHAVETOENJOYDOINGYOURJOB!!» You believe he had the nerve to say this to me? I automatically sent an email to Papa John’s complaint dept. They told me 3 days later when I did a follow up, that the ticket was closed out because the manager had contacted me– which was a complete lie! They never called or emailed– absolutely nothing. That’s a terrible way of running a business. I’m sorry but if he was having a bad day, he could’ve said so and I would’ve been fine. But to take it out on me and scream at me — I’m sorry– that’s no excuse! I AMOFFICIALLYDISGUSTEDWITHTHISPLACE.
