Be very careful before you shop here. We went in for an estimate and have in writing @5700. We were told we needed to pay $ 35 for them to come take a measurement. We were told they would apply the $ 35 to the job done. When we got our estimate it was $ 7200! When asked for an explanation we were told it was for molding and tax. WHAT? That much of a difference. Then he started saying he didnt include rip up which we have written that he did. As well he then tried to talk me into doing it without ripping up the floor and skimming over it. I asked for my $ 35 back as the quote was no where near what he told us in the store and he refused to credit us back. WOW. STAY AWAY. I am happy to provide documentation to anyone that wishes to see it.

Called during the week and made an urgent appointment for Sunday but I was told if time freed up on Saturday, I would receive a call. Got no call on Saturday, I left a voicemail on Saturday evening about the upcoming Sunday appointment. Called a little after 11am and no answer on the phone. Closer to noon, I called again and got an answer and was told that my appointment was scheduled for MONDAY! I told them I was not available on Monday and we eventually agreed that I would drop off a house key at their shop. I asked what time they closed, I was told at 5pm. I was busy all day and called at 4:40 but there was no answer. I still drove down there and saw that their location was closed before 5pm. THEY DON’T OPEN OR CLOSE ON TIME!
Luckily, there was another carpet place 2 doors down. I left them my key, paid the same price and the job was done on time and within expectation.
Stay away from this store people… so unprofessional!

Upon recommendation from a friend, we called this guy for a quote to refinish our floors. What we didnt know is he subbed the work out to another company! We didnt know till that morning… You can still see the sanding marks, there are poly bubbles everywhere, and im not sure they ever put the third coat of poly on.
I cant speak for their other services, but stay away from the floor finishing.

One of the many places we shopped in while looking for wood floors. Owner was a nice guy and helpful. No pressure or car salesman tactics! Can’t ask too much more from a flooring store! While we ended up getting our floors at another store, we will try here again if and hwen the time comes.
