Rudeness at its finest. It’s a shame this is the only Carvel in the area and the man is completely rude. Money is best spent when workers don’t have to be rude to customers. If you’re having a bad day take that elsewhere. I wanted to write something besides happy birthday on my daughters cake but he was all rude about it. I can buy a carvel cake at the local supermarket. Money would be better spent there.

I need ice cream. Carvel makes ice cream. How could you ever go wrong with the people who make the ice cream. Don’t but that breyers or whatever. Buy Carvel if you need some good tasting ice cream or ice cream to make shakes or whatever else. I used to live Baskin Robins back when it was still open on 37th ave, but since then this is the only really local JH place to get decent ice cream without going to Cold Stone on Queens Blvd.

Nice, neighborhood ice cream shop… No frills here… the have a few small tables and chairs. The ice cream cake fridge is usually not stocked up on to too much variety of cake sizes or types. In a pinch, you can also go to Waldbaums for cake. Staff is ok, not overly friendly but it;s the only Carvel around… They do have the BOGO Sundaes on Wednesdays…

Came here for free ice cream day at carvel. This location is sandwiched in between rite aid and a closed down store. It is also located inside the shopping center in Jackson heights. It is a pretty small store. It is literally a letter I. You walk up ahead towards the back for the ice cream and at the front are limited seating. I tried nutella ice cream and it was amazing! If you can’t tolerate the sweetness of chocolate but want something different than just vanilla then nutella is the way to go. It was the perfect balance of sweetness added to plain vanilla. I can’t comment on service since I came on free ice cream day, so of course it’s packed and busy.

I used to come here all the tome as a kid until I tasted what quality ice cream tastes like. Their ice cream is loaded with sugar, way too sweet! The service needs to improve. On a number of occasions I have come in and there os no one at the front.

Came in on mother’s day so of course it was busy. The worker there was so nice! I had my dog so I wasn’t allowed to bring him in. She took my order and brought it to me outside.

Yes, I want a Fudgie The Whale cake and the only place to satisfy that craving is Cravel. My local Cravel closed and I had to leave my neighborhood and venture out for my Fudgie. I hate the store on 82nd St. because of the parking situation. This location which is also in Jackson Heights has a parking lot so shopping is easy. I got my Fudgie The Whale($ 24.99) AND I had a $ 2 off coupon!
