If NO stars was possible, they would get it! Pizza slices looked dried as last nights leftovers, and NO plain slices. While waiting for slices we didn’t want to buy, saw a ROACH on the pizza counter. Immediately cancelled slices order, and walked out.

This review is for the one that’s closest to AA terminal. As I frequent LGA often for business, I’ve pretty much ate at most restaurant in LGA. For most, they all pretty much suck and I don’t usually bother to write a review for them, but this has to be one of the worst. I almost went to Five Guys for hamburger again, but they are a bit on a greasy side(totally understand that it needs to be fat to make it juicy, but this is a bit much for me). Anyway, I decided to try Villa and got their stromboli meal with a side of 3 chicken wings and drink. The price was expected from an airport, little under $ 10. Got the food right away as there was no line, and the food is just sitting out there. I got the pepperoni and was heated in the oven for few min. It was barely warm as the cheese on it was still not fully melted. Overall, it tasted like leftover from the fridge. By the amount of food that’s been sitting out there, I’m not sure if it was even made that day(I was there around 5p for dinner). It came with a dipping sauce, which was the only thing that tasted hot and fresh. Then there is the 3 chicken wings. Wow, I love garlic, but these things are soaked with garlic. As with all the food, it tasted like the left over from several days ago. This one was not heated, so it was just room temperature. The chicken was dry and part of the skin was sticky as the bottom of it has obviously been sitting on a layer of grease or something, but it’s just nasty. Lastly is the service or the attitude of the server. There was only one guy that’s in his 50s. Perhaps he was the owner? Either way, he was very unfriendly with his tone of voice. I know this is NYC, but man, lighten up a bit… especially if I’m the paying customer. Overall, this has to be one of the worst service and food anywhere. Again, this is my first review for an airport restaurant, and I’ve been to many(I work for an airline in sales, so I do my share of air travel). With most restaurant at an airport, I usually don’t have high expectation. If you’re just arriving, I would wait and get some real food in the city. But if you’re departing, I would just get anything but Villa.

Had to wait for a coworker to land so I grabbed the closest place to the luggage claim I could find. I sorta regret that decision. How can someone screw up spaghetti?! It must have been out all day because it tasted like it. Bread was ok but a little too chewy and the chicken Parmesan tasted fine but the texture was soggy.
