Education/​Experience: I graduated from Claysburg High School and continued my education to receive a degree in Business Management. After receiving my cosmetology license from the Altoona Beauty School, my vision was to create an upscale salon environment where clients feel welcome and the staff appreciated. In 1995 Tame Your Mane Styling Salon was opened. After nearly 16 years in operation, Tame Your Mane has grown to become one of the top salons in the area offering a warm inviting environment with talented stylists who like to express themselves and have fun.

I love doing hair, it is my passion. It’s not like having a job, I have fun! Color is my favorite. Making changes big or small and helping someone feel young or better about themselves is very gratifying. What more could
