History

Established in 1982.

Automated & Management Solutions was founded in 1982. The following year, we revolutionized the premium audit industry by releasing the first software solution for premium auditors in the field. Working with our clients, we later developed the first fully integrated Premium Audit Management Solution (ACE) with the capability to electronically manage the audit process, including sending and receiving field audits from both auditors and integrated fee vendors. As our client needs grew and changed, we built internal systems and controls to ensure that we could continue to deliver quality product in a timely fashion that met those needs, and along the way, created extremely robust Support, QA, and Training departments.
