Passeri Paul & Michael Marble & Granite

Paul and Michelle were very helpful in selecting tile for our kitchen floor and backsplash. They went out of their way to design a unique layout for us. They were very knowledgeable and the prices were great. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tile.

Passeri seemed knowledgeable & helpful until it came time to actually deliver. Amount they estimated was incorrect, leaving us with boxes of unused tile (no refunds!) and a rush order for stuff we were short on in the middle of the job. The real head scratcher was no grout with our delivery. Communication became a real issue as they failed to inform us they’d be closed for vacation during the holidays, knowing they needed to measure & cut vanity top. The wait was not worth it; what was advertised as «custom cut» looked like crap. Took a full week for them to return messages for an appointment to review the work, and once confirmed, they never showed. Excuse was always that «they were slammed.» Glad business is good now, as we certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
