I purchased a groupon for a keratin treatment and when I called to make an appointment for a Saturday morning they said I couldn’t use it on a weekend. They claimed that it said that on the groupon website (it doesn’t say it anywhere on the website). After speaking with an employee they let me book an appointment for a Saturday morning. When I went in for the appointment the owner told me I could not use the groupon, even though Joe who I originally spoke to said it would be okay. She was very rude and let me know that it didn’t matter what Joe said because she was the owner and had the final say. I ended up leaving the salon and getting a refund from groupon but was very disappointed by the way I was treated by the owner of this salon.

I had a wonderful experience at Salon Just Hair. Had Keratin done by Joe, the owner. He couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. He opened the salon just for me, honoring my appt despite having personal business to attend to later that day. My hair looks amazing, so soft and so straight. The customer service was extraordinary, especially compared to other local salons. Offering me tea and coffee, getting me magazines, he even offered me a charger for my phone. His prices are better than the place I currently use for color and cut. I will be moving all my business there. Feels much more like a family business then some of the factories in this area. Thanks Joe! See you soon!

I have been going to Salon Just hair for months & my hair has never looked better. Yana does my keratin, color, highlights & also cuts my hair. My hair looks AMAZING! Best decision I ever made.

I had a great experience at Salon just hair this week. Joe did my keratin and my hair is shiny and soft. He did a great job and the prices were very fair. I would go back the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel welcomed and comfortable and my hair looks great.

I purchased a groupon for keratin treatment and haircut and as soon as I walked in, a rude woman who worked there immediately told me to not expect my hair to be straight from the treatment. Apparently the $ 120 groupon deal included a product that would reduce frizz but that’s basically it. I was told for a small fee I could upgrade to a product that would last longer and be overall better. The «small fee» was $ 50. The same woman told me as I was leaving that my hair looked over-​processed. I walked out of there very disappointed with the overall experience.
Joe, who actually did my hair, did a good job and I like how it came out. However, I will not be returning because I feel like the entire time I was being exploited for money. I also left feeling pretty bad about my «over-​processed» hair.

I have been to many salons both in NYC and on Long Island this is by far the best. The staff could not have been nicer. On my first visit (for Keritin) they treated me like a long time costumer. I returned 2 weeks later and again the staff was wonderful. I love my color and new haircut. It truly is the best cut I have had in years. The color is fantastic. Yana and Joe know exactly what looks best and even were able to fix my haircut disaster from a previous salon. I have already told many people about this place and plan to tell all my friends

I have been a customer of Salon Just Hair since their opening day. I actually followed the owners of the salon from NYC. They are very knowledgable and do an amazing job with all aspects of hair care: styling, color, keratin, treatments, as well as extensions. The owner, Yana has done my color, highlights, extensions and keratin. I have never felt so beautiful as when I leave this salon after she has done my hair. She does an amazing job and I’ve even let her put a few highlights in my teenage daughters hair! They pleased my daughter while being subtle and appropriate for a teenager.
I’ve been to many of the high end salons in the area, Nubest, Maximus, Salon Pop to name a few. The attention and results at this salon surpass those. I highly recommend this salon

I was in the nail salon next door to Salon Just Hair and inquired about the new shop. My hair was a mess. Dry and brittle from over processing. I was looking to try someone new. Upon entering the salon, I was immediately greeted by Yana and Joe and felt right at home. They are warm, wonderful people who listen to what you, the customer wants. Joe cut as much of my damaged hair off while Yana connected with my hairdresser friend in Florida. They spent several minutes discussing a hair attack plan. Well, I went back to Salon Just Hair yesterday and 3 hours later, my hair is again feeling like hair, no longer dry and brittle. It looks and feels great! It’s amazing what the right hair people can do. I sincerely recommend you giving Salon Just Hair a try.
