Fargiano’s has a reputation for some amazing flavors coming out of the kitchen and in front from the pizza section. The kitchen is run by a three-star chef, known widely as the «Singing Chef.» He has worked in many high end restaurants and has brought his prowess to East Islip, NY to allow people in this town and the neighboring communities have a taste of his extraordinary cuisine. In addition, Chef Richard Desmond is a trained pastry chef and has been creating some delicious desserts. His Tiramisu was ranked in the top four on Long Island by Newsday. If time permits him to, you will be treated by the Chef’s trained operatic voice that some people have compared to Pavarotti.
A few weeks before being reviewed by Newsday, with high grades for their entrees, and having the Tiramisu ranked amongst the best, they honored owner, Chris Fargiano, as as having one of the top ten restaurants for spaghetti and meatballs on all of Long Island. Chris is also responsible for many of the great pizza that is made. You can find everything from an outstanding regular cheese pie to a variety of specialty toppings.
Fargiano’s will also cook whatever you want as long as the ingredients are on hand.
History
Established in 2013.
After working for someone else for almost half his life, and spending time at the Culinary Institute of America, Chris Fargiano decided to venture out and open his own place. In only a year’s time, he has become very well-known, not only for his great-tasting food, but also for his warmth, friendliness and willingness to help many charities.
