Continuum Performance Center is a team of professionals committed to providing individual fitness programs to each of our subscribers. Every program is designed with your goals in mind. Our mission is to educate and enhance your performance, and it’s our pledge to work with you one-on-one to develop, accomplish, and maintain a regimen that is achievable.
Ready? We are.
Don’t talk about it. Be about it.
History
Established in 2010.
CPC was established in 2010 by a team of individuals that were tired of facilities placing the needs of the client last. We’re a team and we’re committed to your goals. All programs are A-LA-Carte and we don’t ask anyone to enter into a contract. Your fitness program is designed to enhance your performance doing the sh-t you love to do. It gets you out of bed an hour early and it keeps you off the couch at night. And, while you train, you’ll be getting an education on what it means to challenge your body both physically and mentally.
