Great installation! I called earlier in the day, was able to bring my car in for a radio installation and was done a few hours later.
The installation was professional and clean. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend if you are looking for an alarm, remote start or radio installation.

I have to agree about this place being a less high pressure place to get your car audio work done. Luis agreed to have my installation done pretty close to closing too. The price is fairly negotiable to a point where you’re comfortable. He even showed me prices on the computer with sites I shop with for car audio. He actually talked me into getting a different stereo/​speaker combo then I intended on getting when i walked in and I have to say I think he gave me an informed, improved opinion then anything I could’ve selected on my own. The installation price was really reasonable. To be honest you might be able to find the speakers a little cheaper but I was okay with it because the service he provided evened things out. Great place and better then the high pressure sales/​showroom type locations.

Shopping around for a remote start will highlight just how unpleasant these types of shops are – at least in the area. SW is a local, one-​man shop, and Louie/​Luis is helpful and patient. He knows his stuff and he stands by the products he installed. There is a very small premium for going with him instead of the big box places, but this way I know who’s installing my unit.
As for the five stars, we first came here eight years ago for a remote start installation, and I recently returned for another. Louie/​Luis was just as giving with his time as he had been previously. Much more relaxed than the other shops. Haven’t had any issues with the setup. We’ll be back in the future, if need be.

Long Island is lucky to have this one man shop as an alternative to the slew of con artists in the audio installation business. Luis (owner) is smart, fair, and a pro. Not the cheapest, but the best around.
