Many of you have messaged me regarding my experience with Matthew Mingrone and asking if I went ahead with my secondary rhinoplasty to fix the old problems left behind by Mingrone as well as the new problems he created on the surgery table. The answer is YES! and I am so HAPPY, words cannot describe it! I went to Dr. Ron Gruber in Emeryville, Ca and he is truly an artist and a phenomenal surgeon. Please do NOT waste your money on Mingrone, even if he does come across as trustworthy and confident. He is a waste of time, money and heartache. A few of you have also e-​mailed me your negative experience with Mingrone and I am sorry to hear that he did the same thing to you as he did to me… I hope that by posting these reviews I save another person a lot of disappointment and possible health risks.
By the way, Mingrone even tried to contact me probably after he read my reviews and when I called back, I was told he was very busy and in surgery and I never heard from him again.

Dr. Mingrone is great! Fabiola is an absolutely wonderful. I look at least 12 years younger with minimum pain. I have been seeing Dr. Mingrone for 8 years now and I look and feel better than ever– like I was still in my late thirties. He was a great bedside manner and is very understanding and caring. Highly, highly recommend!

A friend of mine works in the same building at the CA Ear Institute and referred me to Dr. Mingrone. She had a consultation with him and bought a PCA Skin Acne kit which she said was working really well for her.
So, I went in for a complimentary consultation last week. They make you fill out a lot of paperwork beforehand, but I guess that is expected since it is a doctors office. Dr. Mingrone is friendly and thorough. He takes pictures to track progress which I thought was pretty cool. Fabiola his asst. is such a sweetheart and makes you feel very comfortable. There was a lot of waiting in between things, but overall my experience at CalFace was great. I only went in to get some topical creams but they also do Botox, plastic surgery, laser treatments, etc. I got my PCA Kit and I am already seeing results woo hoo!
