I would never recommend this business to anyone. Their products are horrible and their customer service is abissmal. My office had an inkjet printer and on numerous occasions the cartridges did not work. We upgraded to a laser printer. We had two different toner cartridges leak into the printer. To date, we have been unable to get all the extraneous red ink out of the brand new printer. Further, when the issue was brought to the attention of Ink Solution, they offered no money back or assistance in remedying the issue. I will pay full price for new cartridges before I will EVER use this business again. I caution others regarding this business as well.
