I can never really say anything bad about Chick-fila, but this whole Ice Dream serving leaves me feeling like I’ve been ripped off. It either not full or a cavern to the bottom once you uncover the top… I’m just sayin…

I went to this Chick-fil-A location after have an unpleasant experience at a competitor. They were both super crowded with customers in stages ranging from indifference to simmering rage. However, unlike their arched competitor, who had crew members looking and acting unorganized, confused and exhausted first thing in the morning, the crew at this Chick-fil-A greeted everyone with a smile, had authentic pleasant demeanor and worked together to get orders out asap. I think I waited 5 mins for my order, that I enjoyed. Whereas, I waited 10 mins for coffee at the other spot and gave it away. I lie this location and it’s close to where I have family, so I have a chance to compare it to other Chick-fil-As. For fast food, I think the management tries to create a non fast food experience. While I was there, the florist from the local flower store was replacing the flowers on the table. Also, there was a staff person cleaning, taking people’s trays and asking if they wanted refills. I would certainly go back to this location.

I order a salad with my chicken on the side. This comes with an 8 count nugget or 3 chicken strips. This location gave me 6 chicken nuggets, when I asked for strips, they cut up 2 chicken strips and put it in a sandwich bag. Quite annoying and petty this location skims on the serving size to save money. On another occasion, the manager was doing reviews in the restaurant with employees — conversations were rude and inappropriate in front of customers. They’ve managed to destroy the thrill of Chick Fil — A’s customer service which is not easy. 1 star for that!

As an outside sales rep I work with a lot of restaurants for my catering needs. I called a very small catering order in ahead of time. When I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted with horrible customer service. Sorry Chic-Fil-A no more catering orders for you.

My first impression was a friendly DT staff who got my order exactly correct and were energetic and upbeat. My second impression was even better; extremely busy and packed lunch hour but they got our meals out efficiently and made it look simple. Even with my special salad, they took great care of me and my other two friends, one of whom also got a special salad. Great location, at least for the lunch hour, I recommend to anyone in the area craving a yummy salad or fresh chicken grilled nuggets.

This is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. The service sucks. The whole staff has an attitude. The girl in the window precedes to have a conversation with a guy about her phone number and when she gets off work while there is a 15 minute line in the drive thru. The problem is they don’t care that their customer service sucks. Did I mention it takes forever, eva, eva, and eva, eva! Even when there is only 1 other customer. I hate this place

This is my second time using the drive-thru this month. Both times, it has taken over TENMINUTES for me to receive my order. Today, I asked the gentleman at the window if they were short-staffed, and he admitted they were and have been for the past few weeks. I really enjoy Chic-fil-A, but I cannot endure these extreme wait times. Lines inside are just as long! Given the state of this economy, it is nearly impossible for me to believe that good workers cannot be found and maintained as to not unnecessarily inconvenience your customers. Sure, you’re making money hands over fists, but at who’s expense? It will surely not remain at my loss for the sake of this Operator’s profit. Thankfully my food temperature and quality was good.

This Chick-Fil-A has a laid back feel compared to other I’ve been to. I saw the tablecloths and flowers and thought something was going on that day like a special promotion. Its like that in general. The staff was friendly and fast. Very cozy, I could spend a good amount of time in there reading my book and take a breather from work. Plus is free Wi-Fi.

There has been a huge improvement. I’m changing my rating. I haven’t had the experience that I described below in about 3 — 4 months. There has clearly been a change in the right direction. There are also a few new faces as well. — — — — — - Slow Service, Inconsistent Quality. The Service here is painfully slow every time I go. I only go, because it is on the way back from daycare drop off. The chicken minis are not always soft and delicious as they should be. I’ve often gotten stale yeast rolls. I’ve just recently been going in, instead of using the drive through in order to check before I leave. I order and pay for a large coffee, but always get a medium. The customer service is great, as it is in all other Chick-fil-a restaurants, so I can’t complain there. Service is just so slooooow. I sat in the drive thru today for 20 min… I just don’t understand why they’re so so slow. I was just trying again to see if anything had improved. I just can’t do it.

As far as Chick-Fil-A’s go, this one was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They brought your food to you after you ordered. They walked around and offered refills, to take your tray and mints. There was table clothes and fresh flowers on the tables and even a little area set up with cozy chairs and back massagers.
