Jimmy John’s

I ordered the #6 VEGETARIAN which is supposed to have ‘layers of provolone cheese separated by real avocado spread, sliced cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.’
I did not receive layers of cheese or avocado spread. Nor did they add all the ‘freebies’ — peppers, oil and vinegar, etc.
The order was all wrong AND they charged for water.
Employees either need to be trained better or get new employees.

Not impressed at all, especially after spending $ 7+ for a sandwich with no chips, no drink or anything! The roast beef was bland and I could’ve done better getting meat from Publix.
For the lady at the register talking less and listening to the customer’s order will equal a sandwich I actually asked for. The concept of ordering is not brain surgery; choose a bread, type of sandwich and keep it moving. The cashier felt compelled to tell me the already obvious and while I’m trying to explain that I get the ordering process and tell her that I want NO mayo, add onions, etc. she’s steadily running her mouth and repeating everything back wrong. I ask for a simple request of putting oil on the side, but this boggled everyone in the store and I was told, no oil on the side… really??? Of course when I get the sandwich I noticed immediately that it says EXTRA mayo on the label (instead of hiding behind your steel covers to make the sandwiches, being able to see your pre-​mishaps would help, I mean what are you all hiding??!). I give it back and when it is ready the maker hands it to me with no bag, I ask for a bag to which I’m instructed that I can get it myself by reaching over the counter by the bathroom??? Seriously, you couldn’t just put it in a bag and who knows to reach over the counter to serve themselves to a bag??? Got home, no onions that I requested were on there, just cheese, tons of lettuce and meat… I ended making my own olive oil dip and adding onions and seasonings to make it taste like something.
Won’t be back, waste of money, various cheeses would help since everything is extra and next time I’ll spend my money more wisely… Subway $ 5 meal with a ton of toppings at NO EXTRA cost, chips and a drink!

Maybe they need to slow down to get the sandwich orders CORRECT! I think I will have to drive to the store and actually walk in and watch my sandwich being created to make sure it’s Correct!

So fast. Not so much. Took 10 minutes to get my sandwich. I added onions and hot peppers. The worker says my order. Says add hot peppers and onions and gives it to me. Ok. Great. Get back to the office and open the sandwich. No onions. No hot peppers. No cucumbers and 3 pieces of tomato instead of four. I’ve eaten at Jimmy John’s literally 100’s of times and it’s always spot on. This was my first time at this location. What happened???
