Steve (or «Rap» as he is known to many of his clients) has been practicing law for the past forty (40) years concentrating in the fields of personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation and social security disability law. One hundred percent of Steve’s practice is devoted to litigation.
A member of the Rhode Island Bar Association since 1974, Steve is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1985 and the New Mexico State Bar since 1994. He was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island in 1974 and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1989. Steve has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court since 1978.
He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, American Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, the Rhode Island Association of Justice and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. Steve has been a charter member of NOSSCR.
