The only reason this place isn’t getting 5 stars is because of the bad encounters I’ve had with some of the employees. Especially the ones who are bagging your groceries. They never want to do their job! All the 5 times I’ve been here they are all just standing there. One time I glanced at one of them and the lady automatically assumed I thought negatively of her. She said something along the lines of «don’t be shy, you could have just told me» (to bag my groceries) then she laughed umm ?? I shouldn’t have to tell you. Do your job right or don’t do it at all and leave the position for someone who will!

I go about 2 – 3 times a week since its across the street from my house. I had seen nasty stuff at the meat department so I just dont buy my meat there anymore. Today I picked up a couple of stuff including a bag of potato. When I got home my husband and kids notice a strange fishy smell (I have a cold so couldnt really smell). When I opened the bag, I saw that they where no good (just nasty rotten). I took them back of course and told the «manager» and he did was give me my money back, no explanation or apology! He didnt even look concern like it was a normal complain. I went back to the same cashier and she told me what was wrong and why did i go back, and I explained. She told me thats why I dont shop here! and to check everything I buy from there.

I went back after almost a month of not going and the place is still the same or worse! Its so annoying how they supposedly were gonna make some changes but everything is the same. I don’t know what management thinks. I guess they don’t really care as long as people keep buying at their store.
I took some video of the meat department and you can see puddles of water (the water that drips from the lights) on the meats. I hate how these type of markets always try to take advantage of people. They try to make it seem like they care when all they want is your money.
I have no idea how the health department let’s them be in business with all the infractions they have. I was contacted by someone from this store to «apologize» in person which I think it’s just so they know who I am and I have no intentions of meeting them. They don’t care for the customer as they say all they want is $$. If they really cared they would fix everything that is wrong with the store.

I’m going to be honest here the store seemed okay at first and ended up pretty bad. First off it has really weird odors in the cheese and milk section which was very unusual to me not to mention the rude service although the woman at the register was very kind (at least she didn’t roll her eyes at me)

So this store is like selling raspados and fresh waters which are so refreshing BUT i walked in the store today to purchase a raspado and a the manager asked one of the workers (young lady) to prepare me the raspado… I noticed that the worker did not want to make the raspado… She instead asked are you sure you don’t want a water… So i felt like she did not offer a good customer service … Was lazy because the manager offered to do the raspado and have her work the cashier and she didn’t want to do even that… Like does the store pay employees just to walk around … Well let me tell this store that they lost a customer might not be important but a customer is a customer …

I’ve been to this store many of times. Its always busy meats, tortillas, bakery goods always fresh. when you walk in to the store the smell you just want to start eating and drinking.

If I can give — stars I would. I ordered a Mickey Mouse cake 3 weeks before the date I needed it for. My pickup was at 1 pm I get there at 3 and my cake was not ready. Well not only was it not ready they said they couldn’t find my ticket and I lost my receipt (that was my mistake) BUT they do keep a copy as well. Anywho I was so upset this woman who took my order acted as if she never seen me as if I was making shit up I’m sorry I was so upset I would of cussed all of them off BUT I kept my cool. Long story short THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY DECORATION FOR MY CAKE THIS WOMAN COMES AND OFFERS ME SESAME STREET… MARIO??? Really? If I wanted either or I would of order either or. I couldn’t believe how little did they cared for their mistake. And I had to wait 2:30 hours and I come out with a cake that has nothing to do with what I wanted VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR LACK OF SERVICE.
