Awful! Don’t answer the phone and when they do they are rude and unhelpful. Go somewhere else for service. Plus they are currently out of business to re-decorate the shop. Please… you’re not a fashion store. At least update your website saying you are closed.

I was sent by Infinity to this authorized repair center to fix an out-of-warranty broken subwoofer in August of 2013. They charged $ 70.20 for an non-refundable estimate. After approving what sounded like a basic repair, the status was changed to «WAITFORPARTS» where it now remains, over 5 months later. After repeated calls, trying to get a straight answer on what could possibly be taking so long, I finally get a call back today saying that they can’t fix it. The guy on the phone and at the front desk was friendly enough, but that doesn’t make up for the complete incompetence. TLDR: avoid at all costs.
