Bartlett Tree Experts

We had a caterpillar infestation in some of our bushes, so we called Bartlett after a recommendation from a local plant nursery. Overall, we were disappointed in the customer service. While they ultimately sprayed the bushes and removed the pests, it took some time to get the representative to our home to provide a quote. Also, the day we were told they would come to spray, they didn’t show up. It is weather dependent but we didn’t even receive a call telling us they weren’t showing up or when we could expect them next. We didn’t need to be home when they sprayed, but we did have to have all of the windows shut and since we were painting inside our house, it would’ve been nice to know that we could open the windows. Lastly, we called to follow up with a question and never heard back. If we have issues in the future that require pest management or tree services, we’ll use someone else.
