History

Established in 2011.

Method 360 Fitness is founded by Trish Gallen and began on the beaches of Nantucket. Trish’s desire to come home led her back to Syracuse, where she developed her fitness classes at a gymnastics studio. With a loyal following who found great success in her «method», her business grew and grew and became Method 360 Fitness in Syracuse, NY!

In 2013, Trish acquired two partners, Leslie Smith & Jen Liddy, longtime clients, & they worked on developing a more focused fitness business plan. In January 2014, the three opened Method 360 Fitness, taking over 9000 square feet of amazing space on Bridge Street in East Syracuse!

Since moving into their own space, the partners have worked hard to provide an excellent client-​based experience, responding to client needs & requests and providing safe, effective, differentiated workouts each day! Method 360 Fitness is dedicated to bringing high-​quality, safe, and challenging workouts to Syracuse. Try us out & experience what’s so different about us!

Business Owner

Jen, one of three owners at Method 360, focuses on client relations. Bring your questions, suggestions, compliments, and problems to her, and she will help get you what you need. She works closely with clients, employees, partners, and trainers to provide them with the freedom to do their jobs well!

Jen, a former high school and college English teacher, is excited to never have to grade another essay again and loves the openness and positivity that her clients bring into the Method 360 Fitness studio every single day.
