Fast Collision & Towing

Absolute worse experience I’ve ever had with a tow/​body shop.
I read the other review and have fast collision the benefit of the doubt… But the owner is a COMPULSIVE LIAR for real!
We had an appointment at noon, so I come half an hour early — and he not only totally forgot about it but arrived 2 hours late. «I’ll be there in 5 minutes tops» he said many times.
Then he strolls in and flirts with his secretary and bullshits with the boys before attending me… Who’s been waiting on him nearly 3 hours already.
I made a comment about his disregard for my time and he tells me to get the hell out of his store! After waiting all that time!
We manage to work past it and come to an agreement about some work to be done. This was on Saturday, I left the car there till Monday morning so they can do some work it.
Turns out my brother in law works a block away from them, and Monday at 6am he stops by and see’s the car in the STREET and completely untouched! Didn’t even have the decency to put it in the shop through the weekend.
I call John the owner and pretend I hadn’t seen the car yet, to give me a status update. «Yeah you know we did what we had to do — we’re pro’s!»
Until I called him out and he hung up on me. Not to mention the car was on E and I dropped it off with ¼ tank… Probably took it for a joy ride.
Absolute scum bags — STAY AWAY!

March 20^th of 2014 I gave my car to them for repairs. Three and a half months later the car is not done, for 3 months they did not even start repairs on it! The owner John had collected a $ 6400 insurance check in the beginning of April. He would not give my money back and when I wanted to take my car elsewhere he took it apart so I couldn’t drive it to another place. I am taking him to court and I filed the DMV complaint. Also as it turns out they don’t fix the cars, but contract other body shops to do the job for them. According to Ray the owner of AMP Collision located in Queens 103 – 57 100^th St, Fast Collision is not paying their bills and he has cars from them that are sitting there for months and months and not being worked on. Also enterprise rental located at 65 – 20 Metropolitan Ave in Queens informed me that they are taking Fast Collision to court over the money owed and there are a lot of people that they had put through the same situation. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR!!! John the owner is a pathological liar, he was giving me all kind of stories about parts being back ordered. I called the dealership to learn it was not true. Only after I filed the DMV complaint did he start working on it, and it is three and a half months later after I had to spent over $ 3000 on a rental. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere!!!
