History

Established in 1986.

Dr. Daniel Caniano has been serving the dental community for 28 years in both Nassau and Queens counties. Dr. Caniano is a member of the American Dental Association, 2^nd District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry, and is a past member of the Italian Dental Society.

His office is conveniently located across from North Side School in the quaint historic town of East Williston (Nassau County) on East Williston Avenue. Parking available across the street, as the office is part of his residence.

Dr. Caniano has spent his entire life on Long Island. He is a product of St. Brigid’s in Westbury, and a graduate from Chaminade High School (Class of ’76). He continued his education at Fordham University, where he graduated Cum Laude in 1980. He earned his Masters from Hofstra University in 1982. Dr. Caniano graduated from NYU — School of Dentistry in 1986, where he completed the first dental residency offered by the program.

Dr. Caniano also sits of many panels for insurance companies such as MetLife, Delta Dental, Guardian, Cigna, Healthplex, and Sele-​Dent.
